Located in Circular Quay Sydney, Quay Quarter Tower’s (QQT) sustainable design is evident both inside and outside the building. With a retrofit approach, 65% of the original structure was retained, saving approximately 12,000 tonnes of embodied carbon. Quay Quarter Tower seamlessly blends with the cultural precinct and reflects a vision for a thriving, sustainable, and vibrant environment.

Turner Bros. were contracted to provide personalised sustainable shading solutions to multiple tenants, which included Sea-Tex fabric from the Climate Ready Fabrics range on automated and manual roller shades and motorised and manual drapery tracking systems with drapes.
